Lag

I haven’t lagged in a while since switching my internet but now everygame I lag so much randomly. I have 30 ping than it jumps to 200-300 for a while and freezes the game is that servers or what? Bc it’s annoying asf and random like I’m the only person on the WiFi and it wasn’t doing this before.
