I believe it is too early to fully tell however some things I noticed with Caustic.
He seems to excel in the very beginning and the very end (if the end is around buildings). If fights break out in middle of the open, he seems useless.
Idk if it is just me, but he seems to run incredibly slow.
I think his gas damage is too little. I'm not suggesting it be insanely higher, but maybe 1-2 additional damage per tick.
The biggest issue I run into are enemies aren't deterred by the gas at all. I like to land Bunker a lot and often times, enemies will just run through the gas without a care in the world. If I choose to run through the aerial strike, I get punished heavily for it. If people choose to run through the gas, I feel they should increase the blurred vision or actually feel punishment for it.
All the legends run the same speed.
