Linking Different steam

Its been 4yrs now and still have not gotten this solved.

All I want to do is unlink my steam from my dads EA  account. With no luck. EA has been no help at all. If anyone had any suggestions let me know.

    @JediBrysenTTV,

    Ah, I think I misunderstood the issue then. But like support pointed out, and EA account can only ever have one of a specific type of account linked to it in its lifetime. So while you can always link that Steam account back to that EA account, you won't be able to link a new one, unfortunately.

    Hey @JediBrysenTTV,

    Your dad should be able to unlink the Steam account on his end via the following link:

    https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

    That way you won't need to reach out to our live support at all. I will say that there are certain risks associated with unlinking accounts that you play on (especially for Apex), so I recommend this article, just to make sure you're aware of the risks:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/
  • we did that already and contacted support, they said you can only connect one steam account to one ea in a lifetime

    “Linked Accounts Found
    Your accounts can't be linked because the
    EA Account for br*****@me.com was previously linked to the Steam account for W*****e. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime.”
