Lost Progress While Unlocking Ranked in Apex Legends

 I was in the process of completing the challenges required to unlock Ranked mode.

After finishing all the tasks in the second phase of the challenges, I returned to the lobby following my final game, only to see that my progress had reset to 0/7.

At first, I assumed it was a visual bug, so I restarted Apex Legends. Unfortunately, my progress was still completely gone.

It’s extremely frustrating to lose hours of progress without any warning or explanation.Could you please investigate this issue?

 I would really appreciate it if my progress could be restored or at least explained.
