If you lost your Omega Point skin (PC).
Yesterday there was a small patch that removed all skins Omega Point skins that were obtained using a exploit.
Items received by the free Apex Packs will remain on the players account.
My pathfinder skin is still gone and I have had twitch Prime for a very long time I have got all kinds of in-game loot before this is the only thing that is missing
