Lottery Bins not a good idea.

I love this game. I want to spend money on this game to support it. I absolutely refuse to buy a lottery bin though. Allow us to purchase the skins we want. I will not spend a dime otherwise. I'm sho...

I've never encountered that in fortnite. There are so many different characters it's always a pretty good mix. Sure you see 4 or 5 the same but it has zero impact on my enjoyment of the game. What does impact my enjoyment is not being able to purchase what I want without using an underhanded scheme to make more money.

The thing is when you're opening up to free choice of purchase ( selecting the skin you want to buy instead of relying RNG crates )

Many many many people will end up buying the same skin every time something new and flashy comes out.

I do get the frustration and hate towards loot boxes I find them disgusting as well.

I think these games would work better without any of them. But the current free loot crates per rank/level is on par with Overwatch's loot box system.

I've gained 1 epic weapon skin, 3 Legend skins, 3 Blue weapon skins. And 2 common weapon skins, a legendary portrait frame even though I have no idea what it does.
And a bunch of voice lines and stat trackers.

And I'm only level 10/rank 10

Oh never mind, I just found out what the frame does.
When inspecting my profile you'll see my character surrounded by a animated fire breathing Dragon...

This.fortnites skin system is terrible for me.i like to try to be a little bit unique through skins and the Overwatch/Apex leans more that way.in fortnite,people all rush to get that 1 skin thats in the shop,they wear it for a few weeks,then a new one comes out and they rush for that,rince and repeat.just doesnt appeal to me.i like more choice.

  I believe I'm confused by your use of "I like more choice". Doesn't fortnite have a ton of skins to choose from? How does the company releasing new skins limit your choice of what you put on? They are one of the few in recent years I've found that let you purchase what you want and have multiple options to choose from. Loot crates isn't a good idea and hasn't been and shouldn't be working for most games.

    You can buy all Apex skins without loot boxes.just buy coins,choose your skin,job done.in fortnite alot of skins come with the battlepass or are time locked purchase.fortnite certainly has alot of skins,but the way they release them/put them behind passes etc pretty much shoe horns everyone towards the flavour/skin of the month.feels more like being a clone in fortnite than having a little uniqueness.
    Loot boxes from what i can tell in Apex are basicly the choice for the people with less income to have ago at the expensive skins.thats fine and it also states the percentages of what you get and theres no duplicates.also if you don't get a legendary after 30 boxes you get one 100%,this is a massive step away fro mthe crap COD etc were pushing.some people on COD spent obscene amounts of money trying to obtain stuff in loot boxes because activision didn't publish their loot box percentages.knowing them it was like 0.1%......
