Main account banned for typing a bad word but pros say it all the time LIVE

So about a year ago or so I got permanently banned on all EA games for typing the ''R'' word in a Battlefield chat with maybe max 3 or 4 players in the ''squad/team''.  I totally understand it's a ba...

    I literally wrote that I appealed for unban multiple times and received the same copy paste message.
