Map glitches and I loose RP

I’m so sick of having my game act all glitched and I try to restart it on the Xbox platform it doesn’t connect and I’ll loose all my RP I spent all day grinding. Game glitches I have to restart to make it playable fails to connect then punishes me. What a joke
