Where it will be interesting is end game when people are hanging out with teams next to each other waiting for the end final small circle. Imagine throwing her ultimate at the spot where one team is coming from with caustic gas or a gibby ultimate. That team is then stuck there dying.

@BaldWraithSimp That's the point, prior Horizon i barely see Octane in diamond above. With your statement you just confirm that Octane needs a buff. Now they are putting Horizon which her tactical ability is similar to Octane's Ultimate. With the incoming patch note, they literally make Octane unusable, even Rampart, Loba, & Mirage will getting more spotlight in rank.
