Merging EA accounts to get cross progression
I started on Apex a few years ago playing on Nintendo switch. I made an EA account that got linked to an email address that we will call "email_1". Once I got my Playstation 5 (about a year or so ago) I jumped on to Apex again. There was no cross progression and thus no reason for me to fret about which account I used, as I'd be starting from scratch anyway. So I made an EA account with what we ill call "email_2" - totally separate account. Can I merge these accounts in a way that gets cross progression to work? If I unlink the Nintendo account, will all that progress be lost or can I port over all my skins and currency somehow? EA support thus far has been extremely hard to understand and follow, I really just need a "you can" or "you can't" answer.

if you unlink your Nintendo account from your first EA account, you will lose your items, and it can cause other issues as well. There is no way to merge the two accounts in order to take advantage of the cross progression feature without losing a significant amount of things on one account.
