Might give up until they respond

I feel like I’ve tried every available route I can on my own, I’ve tried researching and being proactive as well as securing my account more if maybe I was hacked. I just feel defeated, I don’t know what to do anymore I just feel sad honestly, apex got me through some really tough times and helped distract me and to know the account I used and the skins I had won’t be there anymore is a bit depressing. But if I eventually can’t get my account back I might just start a new account and just play f2p or something, anyways hopefully it all works out but if it doesn’t I will give up.
