Thanks for the help. It would seem to me that ALL skins could be bought which would make more money to fund the game. I don't quite get waiting periods and chance luck on getting them. If I was trying to financially support the game, open it up to full shopping.

No see, because Satan's children are professors of game design, and they have said that creating a completely artificial scarcity boosts sales.
So now we all gotta deal with this garbage policy.
