Missing Stuff

I have just came back to apex after about 2 years of not playing. I have noticed some of the skins and other stuff like banner frames, poses, and quips I once had have gone missing. Some of the base game things have gone missing as well but mostly some event stuff like the heirloom event items. I know I’m on the same account as it’s the only account I’ve ever played on and it has a some of the stuff I recognize. Does anyone know why this may have happened or a way to fix this and get what I have bought back.
