My account has been banned for no reason

My account was banned for no reason, and it was banned with a machine code, resulting in multiple accounts being banned! There are already many examples of this issue that I understand, and I really like this game. Even though I already know that the game's cheating is rampant, I don't know how to do it time and time again. Even the professional player [REMOVED]account has been banned by this garbage anti cheating method, which is an undetectable ban. Similar to bug bans, players around the world have already experienced countless bug bans, but we also pay attention to this issue. Many friends around us have replied that after you appealed, you actually issued a new agreement 6, and they have not even understood how this problem occurred. It has been many days, and I hope your company can appeal this issue. Can you quickly resolve this bug ban, otherwise it's more straightforward, Apex will lead to a dead end.

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot assist with banned accounts over Answers HQ. If you have used all 3 of your disputes, the ban will need to remain in place. I don't have any other details on your specific ban.

  • @EA_Aljo Yes, brother, I filed a dispute, but I still haven't received any reply to this day. This is not my personal problem. I believe that countless people have had these problems and we need to get them resolved. However, in terms of time and efficiency, this is already a poor answer. And I haven't found any official announcement of the resolution process and resolution time. I think this is not particularly respectful to users and does not pay attention to these issues! Doing so will only lead to a sharp drop in user traffic.

    It can take a few days to get a response from Terms of Service. You're also welcome to create a new case to get in touch with an advisor to ask them what the status of your dispute is.

Instead of an email stating, "We confirm that you have engaged in cheating behavior.". Why?! What exactly did I do! Why don't I know? I have reported so many cheaters, why are they still slaughtering in the game? I sent an email within a few minutes of my appeal. Has your company really taken the issue seriously? I don't think so. If you feel that there isn't enough player churn, then please hold on.I actively seek various channels to solve the problem. The value of my account is not high, it is just a recharge of a pass.   • i got banned cuz i got hacked on vacation. ea wont investigate the warnings on ps5 when i only have a ps4
