My account was banned, and I can't create a case. Please Help

My Apex Legends account was wrongfully banned for “gameplay enhancement” on November 6th. I wasn’t even playing at that time — I was at work — so this ban came as a complete shock. I’ve never cheated...

its the same for me and they wont unban me or show me proof of what i even did like its so annoying and i got banned on oct 30th
