They can look into this situation and review the sanctions on the account.

Unfortunately, we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
But you should have received an mail regarding the ban.

i watched ninja get banned he could go into the game just got kicked once he started the game, and u say im a genius u have such pride woman!

lol...what? Who's Ninja? When was this? So what you are saying is that if you are banned you can start the game, go into your stats page but cannot begin a match? Is this correct? If so, I guess it's good if you want to flaunt your stats out. What does pride have anything to do with the post...grow up youngun

  u have heart. anyway, back to the op, here is why i asked them for the stats;

  @jumanjaydazed You can even queue up you load into the game then you get kicked out with a message.
  
  Same thing happened to me, no info at all. If something is triggering the anti-cheat I'd like to know before I get banned from other games but right now you get no info so no way to appeal.
