my account was banned unfairly. I recently went back to playing apex to try out the new season and my friend as a gift gave me an app called KovaaK's FPS Aim Trainer to aim and improve on apex. One of the times I was training I forgot to close the program and I opened apex legends and one day later I got the message that I was banned simply for leaving a crosshair training game open. You can check the ban logs, I I texted EA support and they said I was cheating without ever using any program in apex. I would like you to help me

@Wingmannedbro I just came out of a months recovery surgery. I've been playing since the early days of the game and my team was the first to win the liquid championship. I always played honestly. I just got a game from another platform and didn't realize it was open until I entered an apex match and was freezing a lot. After I saw that it was the game I closed everything.

See this is what I mean with not being forthrignt here. There is no such thing as "the liquid championship" you didn't win any tournaments. And you're casually making stuff up here.

@DarthValtrex I never cheat and that's just why I'm here. you don't know but kovaks is a program for shooting targets for practice reflexes and aiming reflexes and it doesn't involve any advantage in apex legends like aiming adjustment or something. You're accusing me without knowing anything. there are several people who have had the same problem as me, including using obs studio used to stream detected as malicious program

I stopped playing due to pilomidal cyst surgery. you can see my team and my account on 1st

@WingmannedbroOf course I'm looking for help here, I was wrongly accused of a false positive because I have an open practice game and I won't be able to play anymore because of this idiocy. if it were you what would you do? Prove that I used some program and I'm asking the log of what anti cheater has detected to prove it was kovak since it was the only program I ever left open with apex. When the game was bombed I reached top 10 of the game and I am still top 1 Mirage kills on Brazil. I have no reason to use a hacker because I spent a lot of time training and I'm still training. here is the printscreen of me receiving kovaks of my friend

Oh you mean team Liquids proving grounds, well those aren't official tournaments so no wonder I was confused.
You should be able to check a whitelist of programs from Easy Anti Cheat somewhere, although i'm sure Kovaak's is probably on there.
If you have been quitting out of games recently this may be the reason for a bann due abuses of the loss forgiveness mechanic in ranked games. There was a temporary bann wave that went out recently with respects to abuses of the ranked point tally system.
Have you not received any email correspondence about the bann?
