I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts though. You would need to reach out to them to have a ban or suspension looked into. They'll get back to you via the email noreply@ea.com so do be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).

I know you have a team that handles account closure issues but their response dissatisfied me and permanently closed my account without explaining why. Then when I continued to ask, he kept sending me the same email explaining to me
