My Account Was Very Unfairly Banned and Appeal Declined Without Any Explanation

Does anyone have an idea what I should do?

My team was playing ranked and happened to get a game on the Asia Pacific 2 server (Australian Server - which there are never enough players on but we accidentally queued into it, we usually switch to AP 1 server). When we got in the game there was only total 19 people in the match. Almost every player dropped at the same time into lava siphon and died to the lava. We suspected these were all bots. We won the game because everyone else was dead and a couple of minutes later my whole team was banned.

EA support just declined my ban appeal without saying anything. I've had this account since season 1 of apex and have spent money on it and now it seems I'm banned for something that isn't my fault at all. I don't know what else I can do it get unbanned.

PS: EA you should better monitor your servers because someone was obviously making bot lobbies to boost accounts on Asia Pacific 2 Ranked.
