My EA Account got entirely reset

Alright so I have been playing apex for more than a year now and as always was trying to get on to play today but I had to login on Origin even though I have linked Steam. So I tried logging in with my primary on Origin and there was a credential error. I went to reset my password using the same mail and it kept showing that the account didn't exist? I literally have so many hours poured into apex with 2 heirlooms and suddenly that account doesn't exist? I even have a password reset mail from a month ago on that same account so there's no way it can't suddenly exist now. I had to go ahead and make an account which should already exist using the same mail which also should exist and I have lost all my progress.

Yeah the email exists but all the data has now been overridden or reset since it shows my joining date as 12/19/2021. So there's no way for me to even try accessing my older account since that email verification now redirects to this newer overridden data account if that makes sense

@Lox_B8L Hey there, no matter what all logins will share the same account other than console. So Origin, Steam, EA Desktop all would show the same account on all the things earned on it. Are you sure your actually logging into the correct account?

Yeah I'm sure I'm logging onto the correct account. Even the password reset mail gets apparently sent if I enter my Origin username but the mail which it gets sent to doesn't exist on ea database for some reason

@Lox_B8L When you go into the account settings by clicking the drop down link next to your avatar picture at the top right of this page you can go into account and see what email the account is sending it to. There has to be a email there.

This happen to me in April..... 2 Heirloom account almost level 400 and I lost everything. My Origin account got reset somehow and I lost all Apex progress and all games I had owned through Origin. I tried contacting EA about it a couple times, but the problem was my account said it had been created in April 2021 so there was no way to prove anything

@Rumpel1028 That really sucks, I have exactly the same situation now and as you may know, it's complicated to explain since the data makes no sense.

@Lox_B8L @Rumpel1028 Dang that sucks. Do you have at least a screenshot of you playing before the said date of creation?
