@FB-Fatoh That’s why I stated that you could see it in-game. The above options were where you could see it as well but during the previous events in both cases they stated that the heirlooms would be in the regular circulation of the apex packs. In no case can I see that someone playing for 2 months (dunno when bloodhound’s heirloom event ended) didn’t read the in-game stuff regarding the matter. It might be the case for you that you actually didn’t browse the event section, but as a sceptic I find that highly doubtful and improbable.
But in any case just make a ticket and they might convert your heirloom for Wraith’s.
