My last resort

Hello, 

Well, this would be more descripted as last hope...

Will try to explain as short as possible, because the situation is weird. 

I have been playing Apex on and off since the very beginning, season 0 so to say. 

EA member since 2014, in my account info.

That unfortunately changed, when I received ban in 2024 June for, lets be honest, nothing.

Only thing - I was not logged in for a while, because I took a small brake from gaming, and saw the ban at the beginning of the year. 

Now, shocked as you can be, made first Appeal to the ban. Which was denied and no additional information was given.

Made second Appeal - which after a small time was accepted and the Ban was overturned. But, of course, my in-game account is gone, with all the content and has been reset to lvl 1. 

 

But here is the funny thing - I cant unlink this account to my Steam profile (which I play through) anymore and I am stuck with lvl 1 account. And I dont want to level up again, to play ranked with friends...

 

I cant unlink, because I already unlinked this account when I saw the ban on my profile and I created a second account, as I did not had any hope that my account will be unbanned and did not receive any reasoning on the first appeal. 

 

So now I am in this weird loop, where I have gotten back my initial account, but with all gone. And at the same time I cant log in my second account, because I cant unlink it. 

Advisors could not help, so I am writing this here. 

I know I would not be able to get anything back, but would it be possible to at least unlick my account, so I can play on my second ?

    I'm afraid we are not able to make any changes to your account here on the forums.

    If you're trying to change which Steam account is linked to your current EA account and aren't able to do that currently, the support team would need to take a look and see if there are any other options available.

    Feel free to reach back out to have them take another look, though unfortunately if they're unable to assist there wouldn't be anything else we could change from the forums, sorry.

    Your account has been most likely hacked and the support won't do anything; it happened to my other account once, and they didn't want to take the ban down (apparently ban was due to verbal abuse) even though I asked them specifically to point out the date and time for that incident. 

    Surely they can see my (and your) IP address, so they could just access it and see where exactly the offence took place on a given date and time. 

    If they did so, I could've easily shown them where I've been at that time and place to prove my innocence. 

    I have been arguing for over 3 months and I gave up. I made a new account and still play the game however, I no longer spend a penny on this game in case I get hacked again, so I won't be mad about my money lost.

    And this is the latest info I got : 

    In this case I would like to inform you that unfortunately we are no longer able to get the platform accounts unlinked from our end and as all of it is based on online servers, it is something not controlled manually due to which it is not possible for us to get the timer reverted as well.

    This all seems so weird. 
    Will have to drop Apex for this season and maybe even forever.
