Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I am posting this in hopes that someone from EA or Respawn Entertainment can review my situation, as my previous support requests have not led to any clear resolution.

On the morning of June 22nd, my account was unexpectedly flagged and restricted for alleged cheating or gameplay enhancement. I want to clearly state that I have never used any third-party software, hardware tools, or modifications to gain an unfair advantage in Apex Legends.

The only statement I made during the appeal process was misunderstood. I have never used auto-aim, scripts, or any form of cheating tools.

The day before the ban, I streamed my gameplay publicly, including solo ranked matches in Diamond. The recorded Twitch VOD shows normal gameplay, decision-making, and standard mechanics without any unauthorized assistance.

I have only ever used a single PC, and there are no programs on my system related to game enhancement. I also do not use modified mouse drivers or any hidden features that could affect gameplay.

This situation is particularly confusing because only my oldest and most-played account was affected, while other accounts and EA titles such as Battlefield 2042 have not been flagged.

I have over 10,000 hours in Apex Legends and have no reason or intention to use cheating software. I respectfully request a full manual review of my account, including any relevant detection data.

My previous appeals were closed without clear explanation, and I was only directed back to the ban history page without further support.
