@wvsevex Those are not bot messages those are replies they are trained to give players when having to respond.
The ban appeal team does things pretty well. When the first appeal is sent in then a pair of eyes get put on it and check the data on the account to see if it is worthy enough to remain banned or lift the ban.
On the second appeal, another fresh pair of eyes look at the account data and the work the previous person had looked at. This is to ensure the first person has not missed something that could change the outcome.
When the 3rd appeal is sent it again a fresh pair of eyes takes a look at all the data in place and the work the first 2 went over and checked to be sure the ban should remain in place or be lifted due to missing some data that could lift the ban due to data being missed by the first 2.
Once that third one is checked that is pretty much it. Data on their end will no longer be checked because of what data they do have and with 3 people checking to ensure a mistake was not made the case would most likely be closed.
