Needs to be a limit on how many squad members can carry snipers

I'm - like - the one guy who thinks snipers are severely underwhelming. And despite hitting all my shots, I rarely have positive results. Usually the enemies just rush me and then yeah...

Charge rifle is dumb though. 0% brain for 100% payout. Meanwhile, Sentinel. 100% brain for 5% payout.

@Peri_Longbow_plz This is basically me. I feel like all I ever do with snipers is crack shields, so I just never run them. I've never been a huge fan of snipers in games though, unless it's more realistic physics. The whole sniping in a fast paced shooter, has just never been my cup of tea.
