Needs to be a limit on how many squad members can carry snipers

Scenario:

My team just dropped in Frag.  My team mate picks up a longbow and I don't have a gun yet.  I find a sentinel.  Game says "nope, you can't have that."

Can you not see how this idea just cannot possibly work?

@pandareno1999 You mean when you pick it up and the game puts it back on the ground and you watch helplessly as someone else picks it up? xD
