Negative Apex Coins Balance – No Refund Requested
Hello everyone,
I’m posting here to ask for help and visibility regarding an issue with my Apex Legends account. My Apex Coins balance has become negative, even though I did not request or authorize any refund.
Here are the full details of my situation:
- Game: Apex Legends
- Platform: PlayStation 5
- EA Account Name: Leader_F119
I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized methods in the game.
To clarify:
- I did not request any refund or chargeback.
- My purchase history is fully available on PlayStation (Sony), and there are no refund requests shown there.
- My EA account was previously compromised (hacked) in the past, which may be related to this issue.
I contacted EA Live Support and provided them with:
- My registered EA email
- My platform and account details
- Confirmation that no refund was requested from my side
I am currently waiting for the investigation to be completed, but I wanted to post here as well in case this issue has happened to others or if a community manager can help escalate it.
The negative Apex Coins balance is preventing me from making any in-game purchases, and I would really appreciate clarification on:
- What caused the negative balance
- How this can be resolved if no refund was initiated by me
