@neillkorey i mean technically speaking a t1 armor v a t3 armor is a difference of 50...so if t1 and t3 start shooting at the same exact time and t1 deals 178 while t3 deals 150 and gets the kill then yes t1 is better shooter and lost only because of shield rng
Yes technically speaking if he does 170 dmg and the other guy does 150 dmg he was technically better in that gun fight but in my opinion if you are noticeably better than someone you can make up a 50 dmg difference easily
and honestly 20 dmg difference could be because he outplayed him as in had better position not always dependent on gun skill in this game there are a lot of variables original poster just seemed to be ranting because he gets smashed by better players
