NERF Lifeline and Horizon

I swear lifeline revive and horizon special is going to be the reason a lot of people is quiting apex if they don’t nerf these two character.

@hayhor I do got some friends who dislike playing with me because how aggressive I am and how much further ahead then them due to always on the move. Even if I roll up on 3 teams fighting each other I will still challenge them I wont back down unless all teams focus me.
