Nerf Volt Damage 16 -> 13, people are really MAD!

@hayhor  I cba with both lol. I prefer the alternator but it just isn't viable when you run into one of these guns lol. ☹️

        @xx_Dante2k_xx  Yeahh for sure, I'm not sure why they took such a historically decent weapon and turned it into a pea shooter to be honest lol.

        I understand that in a BR not every weapon can be extremely good...but the only way you can compete with the other smgs is if your enemy has terrible aim with them.
