Hmm, odd. I watched my son play him for awhile and every time his Tac was finished - it was 11 seconds of cool down...nothing more. Watched him play 3 or 4 straight matches and every time it was 11 seconds.
Probably bugged than, he has few that def aren't intended, was in firing range so i'll check trios in sec, grinding in a another game atm
Yeah I heard the amount of bugs with him, I haven't personally seen them as I have yet to try him out.
