New meta Rev , Octane , Sheila...

Tell me I am wrong... Rampart with Sheila ready with rev ult off octane pad.  Respawn when you are rdy for real brains to buff these legends the correct way. Hit me up. P.s fire the person in charg...

        @ISO200022  it's really hard to remain impartial here as I am mainly  playing rampart and have been for a while now......but Sheila is a monstrosity in the right hands. I'm fairly confident nerfs are eventually going to be added to Sheila, a full rework isn't necessarily the solution though in my opinion.

        Sheila essentially needs to be a risk/reward ultimate due to the sheer power it contains.
