I have not seen it yet though, I tend to stick out my games outside of hotdrops on top of other teams where you know there is less then 10% chance for the team to get ahead, then I just requeue right away (but this is only for BR pubs)

Already been said, I don't leave matches for control. Even if getting steam rollered. It's no big deal, and the game mode is awesome. I've cried none when people quit from my team, really, including yesterday's 5 v 9 match. People will quit anyway, so don't get your party drinks out yet.
More incentives will help, punishment is not enough, except for you people who LIKE punishment. You bad persons you. This is not your spanking, so relax.

It still says 2 minutes! Now I got a 20 minute penalty! Despite one teammate already had left and the other 7 might as well not have been there! ******* stupid!
@CCbathwaterWith how short Control matches are, it doesn't really make sense to take a 10 min penalty, when most of my matches are right around that long. Even when my team ends up outnumbered every now and then, it only takes a few minutes to finish the "batting practice" and queue up for another one. I have decent luck with my lobbies though, so I guess I can understand the frustration, if you keep getting stuck short-handed over and over.
Imo, if you are down by 3 or more people, you shouldn't get the penalty. Losing 2 people definitely doesn't mean it's a lost match, provided the remaining team mates are actually playing the..... objective!! That's the hard part though. Getting randoms to NOT treat it like TDM, and actually play the objective
