News: Rank Demotion Is Not Happening

@hayhor That person didn't say how much time it took him to get from Plat IV to Diamond IV, trust me it's on the higher side. I mean it's a BR, all about the grind.

@hayhor Yes, I agree.  It would be even more approved smurfing.

But I'm just saying since the decision isn't up to me, you better believe I'd take advantage of it, if it is allowed.
