It seems that Apex is going crazy right now.I can't play the game in PC, I can que and join a server but immediately after I join I get the Banned message. I went to dispute my Ban in my EA page but there's no info about any Ban on my account.My question here is: Why?, Why does Apex game tells me I'm banned but in EA there's no record of me getting banned?Funny part is, someone reported me for using "wall hacks" with the Legend Seer. His whole ability pack is wall hacking lol.Any similar problems?

I really don't know why, but I can see that your account has been banned. You'll have to wait for a response from Terms of Service to your dispute.

@EA_Aljo me too，I would like to ask the EA official, why my Ban history tells me that I am not banned and have no history of cheating. But you guys blocked my account for no reason. Is this EA? Can you do whatever you want?

Same for me, been permanently banned from the game accused of cheating and I disputed the ban for many times.
Nothing shows up in My Ban History, no way the ToS team will even look at the case a bit more in depth than the standard auto notification of cheat detect which can be easily related to a bug in game that I suffered while playing.
I'm stuck in this absurd situation from weeks and there's no way out of it, just a bot response from the ToS saying: "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

As previously stated, we can't help with banned accounts on Answers HQ. Also, if ToS is telling you no more investigations will be performed, it means they have already very thoroughly checked your account 3 times and have not found any evidence that the ban was issued by mistake.

@EA_Aljo Its kinda hard to believe this since thousands of people are getting the same issues and "Tos Team" aka Nobody just ignores the request and simply cleans their hands by not giving any information what so ever. And as we can see here, you guys don't care either. Kinda sad to see how low you guys go.

There is a serious issue with the ToS team, I recently got banned too, I have no ban history mind you and I have been accused of cheating in Apex. We are not the only ones going through this, I have seen tons of people on Twitter dealing with the same stuff we are dealing with as well, even Twitch streamers with proof and evidence for their account. I have spent so much time and money on my account and the next thing you know I get banned, it's actually crazy to think about. I know for a fact I haven't cheated in the game and I never will but for some reason, my disputes have gotten denied 3 times and they say through email that they have done all investigations on my account. If they did all investigations on my account then they would know I haven't been cheating. Someone really needs to look deep into this. There is no way the ToS team is actually looking through people's accounts.

Got My account Banned for cheating more than 7 months ago, appealed like 10 times already, the same Bot response.
