I've opened well over 500 packs and have not received any heirloom shards, I 100% have not miscalculated, coins have been purchased from amazon and spent on packs so if need be I can show proof of purchases
Pretty unhappy about this, it removes the incentive to play somewhat when you cant earn things you want.
Anyone else experienced this?
What did you use to calculate this?
Note that some online calculators incorrectly calculate some of the packs for some areas.
Heirlooms are almost always granted, if something went wrong with it then I'd assume this would've been picked up a while back.
I typically hear this from other players, they usually are a few packs away from getting it, which is probably the case here.
Note that some packs (e.c. Event Packs) don't count towards heirloom progress.

I've 100% bought 39150 coins and I've spent them all on packs
I've finished the battle pass and again I spent all my coins from that on packs also, I'm level 198
All in i've bought 407 packs to date
I do already have an heirloom on Wraith but I got it a LOOONGGGG time ago, we're talking last year before any of these packs were bought etc
I just realised that i obviously wasn't level 1 when i started playing again so the calculator is defo off abit! Sorry total brain fart on my part!
