No heirloom after more than 650 packs

I feel myself so bad. Here's why:

I'm playing from 1st month and since that time i have already bought 91 550 coins (bonus coins are uncluded). Bought 1 skin for 1800, so 89 750 is left.

Each time i was buying a seasonpass, 4 times for 950 and once for 2800, we have 83 150 coins left. All reward coins were spent on packs so it's +5x1000= 88 150 coins.

It is 881 packs, add 199 packs for levels (i'm 500 ), it's 1080 packs.

Before first 500 packs i got axe for BH. Even if i got it on pack number 500, i have already opened 580 packs after that... no heirloom, no shards.

Keep counting:

Add packs from seasonpass rewards - first 4 seasons there were 12 packs each season and 14 in S5, so it's 1080+4х12+14= 1142 packs.

+8 packs from quest in S5 = 1150 packs.

Result:

I have already opened 1150 packs. I have only one heirloom for BH.

I have some thoughts about this:

1) pack for levels are not count...

2) when devs updated the mechanics on gettin the heirloom those people who have alredy gotten 1st heirloom and kept spending money for packs got their counts set back to zero. I'll try to explain: you got 1st heirloom, you bought for example 200 packs after that. Then there was an update and your pack counter changed to zero. You buy next 300 packs waitng for you 2nd heirloom and nothing...because count of packs is 300 now... i hope you understand what i mean.

3) the rule of 500 packs works only for 1st heirloom

4) i'm bad at counting XD

So what do you recommend me to do?

    @EA_David i don't know if it was you who posted earlier that he opened 560 packs and still no heirloom but thinking of that is what holding me back from buying any packs as i have all season pass packs and i passed lvl 500 and i am not that lucky to get the heirloom before i hit the 500 packs , so the number of people complaining about not getting it after or within the 500 packs is something to worry about .
    unless you get a reply and answer for your concern i will never buy any packs

    Legendary loot ticks are not included.

    Battle pass loot ticks are not included.

    Event packs are also not included.

    If you haven't counted these packs and are still over i would recommend contacting EA support about the issue.

    Alternatively maybe just double check and make sure you haven't been rewarded any shards and simply missed them.

    Either way this sucks and I hope you get the issue resolved soon bud.

    @MandatoryIDtag As a totally different question, but kinda related, if you open a heirloom, will it restart the packs count?
    For example if you open one at pack number 300, do you have to just open another 500 for the next one or you actually have to open 700 packs to get the next heirloom?

    @Alphabets devs prove us that when you finally get the heirloom (within first 500 packs) next one will be within next 500 packs. It could be on 1st one or on 376th for example or on last 500th (100% guarantee).

    I opened 650 after first heirloom (if event and battlepass packs are not counted then I opened 580)... and i have no 2nd heirloom.

    and now i have no reasons to believe devs anymore

    @l_NEED_A_HOP-UP  It would be extremely hard to miss shard drop to be honest, I'm just covering all bases lol.

    As for the level up packs, they do indeed count as I received my wraith kunai around the 120 pack mark and I received it from a level up pack.

    @MandatoryIDtag Wait, why dont battle pass ticks dont count? They are regular ticks... you just get them from battlepass (except legendary & elite ones). If that really is the case, that may explain why lots of ppl think they already opened 500 but are actually also counting those
