@l_NEED_A_HOP-UP That sucks man. Like I said initially though EA support will be your best chance of solving this issue.
Unfortunately all we can really do at this end is offer guidance, and I feel we've covered all the based we can at this end.
I really do hope you get your shards though, it feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth to not receive something you've been guaranteed.
