No More Legend Selection

Ea and Respawn for the love of GOD you need to update this game. I am so sick and tired of people taking the legend that I main or want to play and being forced to use some crappy legend that I don't want to. Everyone should load in to the game with the legend they selected before the countdown. You can leave the option to change legends if you want to but the one you select before loading in with a team is who YOU are getting!! Game has been out long enough and it's time to evolve no more forcing people to play who they don't want to play please. Also fix the xbox in game chat still can't hear or talk to people *sigh*

    @fr0stb11te Yesterday I had "Play as Wraith 2 times." on my dailies. It happens to everyone. But I don't believe they are doing it on purpose. If you feel that is the case, pick an alternate in the lobby and switch to the one you really want in the selection process.

    I do feel there is a great deal of bloat from lobby to game play. Although I wouldn't be one, to make vast sweeping changes to a system that has been in place for over 3 years now.

    I've been playing since day one and that has always been one of my biggest gripes. I wanna play the legend that I main period. Otherwise why stay in the game? Sorry that sounds bad but I'm not going to stay and play 90% of the time if you take my legend.

    There is a simple solution to your problem find some sqd mates to play with that do not use your legend.

    MM is already a bit hard and this would increase another level to that.

    @fr0stb11te If you are the legend you pick in the lobby what is the point of the legend select screen? Basically what you are asking for would be almost impossible to fill queues with. It would he like when Overwatch forced people to select the class and teams could only have so many of a class. No one wanted to play one class so queue times were crazy long.

    What is needed is a top 3 legend selection so when someone else picks your legend you get someone you want to use.

    As for your I only use one legend- Learn to play with a couple others. The attitude only one legend is good is wrong. Plenty of legends are usable. You might even find it is fun.

    I actually posted this behavior as a bug (many months ago) and they responded that this is "expected behavior" and "working as intended" (that the matchmaking matches You with players that will take "your" main).

    Attitudes like this may indicate you may be a slight wee bit entitled, and that it may finally be time to learn to share your toys.

    Fortunately it seems actually quite rare for people to whinge in chat about 'pls no' and then leave, while you're busy afking through the selection screen.
