So I go into apex and it doesn’t let me go in the game and in the bottom it says this profile is not permitted to play online. Plz fix this I had this acount for a long time and has a lot of stuff user is Ræs

whenever i open Apex on my switch i get to the screen where you can change your data centers and it says user profile not permitted to play online. it will not let me into the lobby but will let me change data centers. i did everything that i could (restarted switch, changed WiFi, uninstalled and instated apex) bit did nothing. it happened soon after the new update for spell bound. i was able to play for a few games but the next day i got onto the game and the message showed up. i checked regularly, but it did not work.
please help me fix this
no idea if this helps but my game tag is greekgods1 and i am around lvl 130.
