@Lampwrecker2 In my opinion, Octane is a strong legend in his current state but not overpowered where he needs more nerfs.
@Cheese9Manthey should just make it shields instead of healing. With no regen
the only problem with him and all other legends at some degree is he too often make no sound cue when running at people like a maniac while high on drug. So many situation I got third partied by him and I only realize it after he shoot me right next to my ear
