Oh my Havoc. What's the point of Gold Devotion then?

@bosourdNah, the Havoc's charge up time keeps it balanced.

    @MandatoryIDtag True, this works in some situations, but you still can't have your Havoc ready to fire throughout the whole game.

    Flatline is stronger imho.
