Honestly they should fix this soon. This will become more of a problem as time goes on. You shouldn't get a random heirloom.

If you haven't received your heirloom yet.
You are probably very close to the drop rate of an heirloom this is the case in most of these threads.
It could be that you miscounted and are a few Apex Packs of what can be exciting as the heirloom is waiting for you, maybe in your next pack who knows. 😉
If you bought Event Packs these don't count towards your Apex Pack heirloom progress as they have a special drop table with some items that count towards an heirloom you can unlock during the events.
An Apex Pack counter is something that is suggested a couple of times and would be a useful feature to have in-game.
I don't really want it to show a number just some bars or different animations/background that changes every 50 packs you opened.
This way the player can track the amount of Apex Packs opened without knowing when the Heirloom drop is coming.
