    Honestly they should fix this soon. This will become more of a problem as time goes on. You shouldn't get a random heirloom.

@jumanjaydazed Not gambling if they said it was guaranteed every 500 packs, I’m just waiting for a dev to check. And you will see I have, absolutely opened 500 packs with no heirloom. Also if you just sit around on ea forums to troll peoples threads I assume you’re literal trash at apex anyway. I will not be replying or reading any other comments. Awaiting dev

Believe me, no once cares if you opened 500 packs or not.

Now everyone is just hoping, that "Mr.IambetterthenanyoneelsebecauseIhavea20killbadge" does not get his desired Kunai.
