#2 The leaving penalty in ranked is currently disabled per a recent post by Respawn.
Leaving Penalty in Ranked:

We have temporarily disabled the leaving penalty in ranked as we discovered some bugs we want to squash. That said, we will reserve the right to doll out penalties to players that abandon Ranked matches while we address it.
#3 No matter what league you play in, random teammates will never net you as many wins as a premade squads will. Communication and strategizing is a huge advantage, if you're having trouble ranking up because of randoms, that's where you might be approaching a ceiling until you get a really good run of games.
#4 We were seeing some early feedback on this and the team made a quick change over the weekend.
Change to Location-Based Daily Challenges

For now we have removed location based Daily Challenges as we’ve seen them have a negative impact on the game. Players will still get 3 Daily Challenges.
I'm enjoying ranked. I'd only played a few games until recently but had a good few hours last night and enjoyed it, although some drops we just got zero luck with weapons and other teams @AWOL_312 . This is my go to playlist now though. Pubs for fun and challenges, and ranked for proper game play.
I must say, I'm shocked as to how many new players are jumping straight into ranked. I ended up partying up with a level 10 and 16 over the weekend. Ended up showing them the ropes and talking about weapons etc. Was good fun, but hampered my levelling up lol.
I can not complain about ranked so far.
Even with randoms I get wins on a regular basis.
On EU servers, it still seems, that the cheater number decreased.
At least I could not see any obvious ones. or they are in Diamond already.
In Gold, I had some good games last night.
I also do not see any issue to play ranked and do the challenges.
Yesterday, in fact, I managed to win my first Match of the day together with randoms, get 6 kills and complete all 3 daily challenges at once.
It was fun and c'mon, sometimes the challneges are so easy, it is not worth the talk.

Ah ah @Silz616 hopefully we will manage to land somewhere packed with weapons and shields and no other teams around!
By the way really enjoying ranked so far and at the moment i think that Silver is the rank where i fit better; now will be up to me to improve!
