My friend has had a bug that doesnt allow him to play with us. We queue and it just says party member preprocessing and we cant get into a game. We have tried everything, restarting his and our games, he has switched from ea to origin to steam and its the same on all three and he has tried reinstalling several times. Nothing is working, please help.

You often see this issue if someone has NAT type 3.

I'm still having this issue, my NAT type is 2 but I still can't ready up or get into a game. I am writing this after having tried everything I possibly could have.
I doubt this is the problem in your case but did you check if your account is banned? Can you use the other modes?
did you fix it ?
