I think you're wrong. 

Only putting effort into content to create a little hype for 2 weeks every now and again for the strict purposes of selling heirlooms doesn't seem like the devs have longevity in mind. 

This m.o. isn't making me log in to Apex, it made me download and log in to play Fortnite instead. And i'm far from the only one and this forum reflects that. When I joined the game and this forum back in March/April, this place was lively.

It's a ghost town now.

We get it you're upset with Apex and the forums and now play fortnight, enjoy whatever your playing, i for one like the LTM events as it gives U something different And pathfinders heirloom is the 1st one that I actually want... but I'm still not gonna spend the hundreds of dollars to get it.... so maybe ill get ultra lucky!!

I personally feel like it's a great game. One of the best experiences I've had online console in a while. You know you don't have to buy anything in the free game, just saying. I for one think the Pathfinder heirloom is awesome, still not convinced I'm going to buy but it's so cool. I feel like a thing that people fail to realize is that they are testing out events for a reason. Based off what you said they should make the Halloween event permanent, no please. I agree about duos and solos but at least they are testing them out. Just because you like something doesn't mean everyone does is what I'm saying, and maybe they see that in the numbers. Give them time, we will be ok. But yes major cash grab. The event challenges were so easy it's laughable. All they want is for you to buy the Christmas skins, period.
