@lightning_5o As someone who also plays on KB&M... Yes we have an advantage in movement, looting, medium to long range gun fights, HOWEVER, console players know for a fact that aim assist kicks in when you're close to the enemy so they push hyper aggressively to get close so they can use aim assist. So it doesn't matter if I have good aim, good movement, etc.. if I get to close to a player on console, that aim assist kicks in and no matter how hard I try to dodge and weave, I still get hit. I've been playing for over a year now, 3k+ kills on revenant 1k+ on a few others I know the difference between good players and "good players". I don't remember who made the video, but a while back there was a guy who made a video on how much console players rely on aim assist. He played a match with and without out, he nearly dropped a 20 bomb with aim assist, THE VERY NEXT GAME, the dude barely got any kills because he actually had to move his crosshair to the target for the duration of his gunfire. I urge you to do the same. Play a game with and without aim assist and you'll see how big of a difference it makes.

@Ghosted_Waffle Aim assist is basically aim bot at close range. No matter how you move or what you do if he knows what he's doing he is gonna beam you in 1 mag. No amount of argument can change this. Now those guys running this game have 2 options: remove it completely (which is the best one in a competitive fps game like apex) or input segregation (m/k plays with m/k, controller with controller).

The thing is the people in charge of this game don't care about it. They don't play their own game, they take way too long to fix game breaking bugs (or they never fix them in the first place). They add unnecessary and unasked for stuff like those stupid forced LTM (the last one is ridiculous to say the least). And their anti-cheat is non-existent, hackers running rampant at the highest ranked tiers even.

I have a theory that the people who created this game were fired or had their contracts terminated and now we're left with a clueless 10 person team (8 of them working on skins) who's one and only purpose is to milk as much money from this game before it dies.

@KarvaRausku Why does comfort matter in a money tournament? Wouldn’t you sacrifice being comfortable for a few hours if it meant having aim bot and winning? The fact of the matter is it’s not as a big of a deal as everyone makes it out to be. I play on ALC with very high sensitivity so I don’t feel it as strong anyways.

@lightning_5o apparently it doesn't that much since I asked my old teammate who currently plays for NaVi why there are so many controller players in yesterdays tournament. And he said that around 90% of the NA players in these pro tournaments use, wait for it....

So why is it that they would use controller when mouse and keyboard is so supreme according to you? It must not have anything to do that they can't actually aim and are using the aim assist could it?

@KarvaRausku The best players in the world are on MKB. There are simply things that controller players cannot do that MKB players can do. Y’all cry about aim assist but don’t acknowledge that MKB has more advantages than controller. You do realize controller needs some aim assist to be viable right? I’m not denying it’s presence I’m saying it’s not some op AIMBOT like you guys like to pretend bc if it was then all controller players would be equal and trust me, there’s TONS of trash controller players. The problem is only the good players from console switched to PC, only the hardcore gamers. Why would someone trash on console invest money into buying a PC for apex?

@lightning_5o Nah you are just pretending not to acknowledge the fact how strong it is and want to down play how strong it actually is.

Just like how you ignore that if around 90% of the pro players abuse it to gain advantage over Mouse&Keyboard players you just simply go "But the 10% of the players don't."

Aim assist is not fun to play against and it SHOULDN'T be a thing on PC. You either play with lower fps and gain the advantage of aim assist on console, or you play with higher fps and learn to actually aim with M&KB.

It ain't that hard buddyo.
