Hey conduit6767,

Sadly, we don't have access to account information and can't confirm which duration is correct for you here on the forums.

That said, it might be worth connecting with our live support team to see if they can take a look and let you know which message is accurate.

In the meantime, if you disagree with the account action, we have more information on how to proceed if you'd like to appeal and what you can expect afterward in this guide: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Thanks!

When I try to submit an appeal in the Penalty History tool, I get the error: Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again. The appeal submission fails every time. I already have 3 open support cases: #883489505, #911562279, and #800888282. My account was compromised and permanently banned in Apex Legends, I never used cheats. Could you help escalate this issue about the broken appeal tool? Preferred contact email: [edit: email address removed]

    Hey ZHANGJINKAIC,

This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate or support appeals for account action here on the forums.

Can you try using a different web browser, or an incognito/private window, to see if there's any improvement? It might also be worth temporarily changing your account location or connecting with our live support team to see if there are any other options available in this case. If your account has been compromised, you may need to use the option to proceed as guest, depending on whether or not you're currently able to access the account. Thanks!
