Hey so i recently got suspended on apex for 60 days (i think it was because i play apex on my ps5 on my monitor and also my ps5 downsairs on the tv) and on the website it says i regain access to apex on december 5th but i got an email saying its permanent?? Im confused what should i believe haha

Community Managerconduit6767 Sorry to hear there's been difficulty submitting that appeal. Can you let us know what you're seeing when you try to submit an appeal? Are you getting an error message, or is the option missing on your Penalty History page?
Ive already asked live support and my eppeal womt work it wont let me appeal :( im so confused and im getting absolutely no help
